About the role

Street Blends, the coffee shop brand operated by Good Eatery Investments, is hiring Baristas for its Downtown and Epicurean Drive locations in Antigua. This is a mid-level role for people who take pride in what they hand across the counter, and the employer specifically welcomes experienced bartenders, noting that the speed, memory for orders and people skills learned behind a busy bar transfer directly to the coffee bar, with full paid training provided on the espresso machine for those new to coffee. Day to day, baristas pull espresso shots and build the full hot, iced and blended drinks menu to specification, dial in the grinder to keep quality consistent through the rush, take orders warmly and guide customers through the menu, and keep their station tidy and efficient under volume. The offer includes competitive pay based on experience, shared tips on every shift, full paid training and a genuine path to an Operations Lead position. To apply, email your resume to jobs@streetblendsag.com or drop it in at the downtown location.
