About the role
A flexible bartender is wanted for Morale, Welfare and Recreation services at Dugway Proving Ground in Utah, serving service members, families and guests in a friendly social setting. The intermittent FLEX role offers zero to forty hours per week, with hours not guaranteed, and involves preparing and serving drinks, keeping the bar area clean and well stocked, handling payments responsibly and creating a welcoming atmosphere. The right candidate will be personable, reliable and able to work evenings and weekends as events require, with good judgement around responsible service. Applicants must be United States citizens, or non-United States nationals who have lived in the United States or a United States territory for three or more continuous years immediately before starting federal affiliation. Pay is $19.08 to $20.69 per hour at NA-3. Applications close on 10 November 2026.
