About the role
The Hannover Region is hiring a caseworker for intercultural opening, a full-time post fixed-term until 31 December 2027 starting 1 March 2027. You will coordinate intercultural opening work, advise and support internal units, and develop and evaluate related measures and training across the region's administration. Applicants need a degree in social work, social sciences or a comparable field, knowledge of diversity and intercultural work and the relevant legal frameworks, and experience with project work and advisory work is desirable. The post is paid at EG 10 TVöD. This role suits a social sciences graduate who wants to shape how a large public administration opens itself to diversity.
