CCCM Project Manager – Adré

About the role

Acted, the French international NGO that has been operating in Chad since 2004, is recruiting a CCCM Project Manager (Responsable de Projets CCCM WASH) for its operations in Adré, eastern Chad, on a fixed-term contract of six months. Acted Chad runs emergency and resilience interventions with refugee, internally displaced, returnee and vulnerable host populations, combining Rapid Response Mechanism activities with multi-sectoral work in WASH, nutrition, shelter and livelihoods. As Project Manager, under the operational guidance of the Area Coordinator and the technical guidance of the Technical Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring proper implementation of Acted's project: overseeing field operations, project planning and implementation follow-up, administration and operational management covering finance, logistics, administration/HR, transparency and security, external relations, quality control and reporting, while supervising the project staff in the day-to-day management of all aspects of the project. The stated salary is between €2,900 and €3,100 monthly before income tax, plus a monthly living allowance of $300, accommodation and food in the Acted guesthouse, insurance, flight tickets and R&R.
