About the role
The Rectorat de Lille, the education authority (rectorat) for the Académie de Lille in northern France, is recruiting a project support and requirements-management officer (chargé de mission AMOA et RBP, H/F). This Category A civil-service position supports the academy's information-systems projects from definition through delivery. Based on-site full-time in Lille, you will act as the bridge between business users and IT teams: gathering and formalizing functional requirements, drafting specifications, tracking project milestones, coordinating acceptance testing, and supporting change management as new tools are rolled out. AMOA (assistance à maîtrise d'ouvrage) work calls for clear writing, structured thinking and diplomacy, as you translate field needs into solutions project teams can build. The post is open to tenured civil servants and contract staff. Applications must be submitted by 23 November 2026 via the French public-service portal, choisirleservicepublic.gouv.fr.
