Chief Expert – Forest Territory Protection Control, Regional Directorate of Forests Lovech (Lovech)

About the role

The Regional Directorate of Forests – Lovech is recruiting a chief expert for control over the protection of forest territories, within the Forestry Directorate of the specialised administration. The post holder organises, controls and coordinates forest territory protection work: oversight of natural and legal persons, municipalities and state forestry territories; preventing and establishing violations in forest territories; access to forests; and protection against forest fires across the territory covered by the Regional Directorate of Forests – Lovech. A typical day combines field control and office work: planning checks, carrying out inspections, documenting findings, coordinating with municipalities and forestry units, and preparing reports on the state of forest protection.
