About the role
The Direction zonale CRS Sud, the southern regional directorate of the Compagnies républicaines de sécurité (CRS), is recruiting a cook (cuisinier — CRS 81 Marseille, H/F). This Category C civil-service position feeds the officers of CRS 81, the republican security company unit based in Marseille. Based on-site full-time in Marseille, you will prepare daily meals for the unit's personnel: planning menus, cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner in quantity, respecting food-hygiene standards (HACCP), managing stocks, and keeping the kitchen and equipment clean and safe. You will adapt to the unit's deployment schedules, sometimes preparing packed meals for officers on duty. The post is open to tenured civil servants and contract staff. Requirements
