Deputy Security Officer – Permanent Representation to NATO (m/f/d) (Ref. G26000630)

About the role

Luxembourg's Permanent Representation to NATO in Brussels is looking for a deputy security officer. In this role you will help ensure that security rules and procedures are respected throughout the Representation, working in close coordination with colleagues. You will train users of the classified communication and information systems, check that the security clearances of agents seconded to the Representation remain valid, and support the Registry team in its work. The position is full time and is based in Brussels, and it calls for a rigorous, discreet and well-organised person with a strong sense of responsibility for the protection of classified information. Responsibilities

Requirements

Luxembourg nationality; secondary school leaving diploma (classical or general) or equivalent, at least level 4; good oral and written communication in Luxembourgish, French and English; a secret-level security clearance is required (the holder must obtain it).

Preferred qualifications

Excellent Luxembourgish, English and French; experience in a similar function.
