Director, Monitoring and Evaluation (GMG/SEG 3)

About the role

The Ministry of Finance and the Public Service is seeking a Director, Monitoring and Evaluation (GMG/SEG 3) in Kingston. This on-site, full-time role leads the ministry's monitoring and evaluation work, checking whether programmes are on track and whether they deliver the results intended. A typical day will involve reviewing performance data and reports, designing evaluation approaches, advising programme teams on indicators and targets, and presenting findings that help senior officials make better decisions. You will lead a team, ensure evaluations are rigorous and fair, and follow up recommendations so lessons are acted on. The post is offered at J$5,457,937 per annum. Requirements
