About the role

alfanar is a privately held Saudi group headquartered in Riyadh, with manufacturing, construction and building-systems operations in the Kingdom and an international presence beyond it. Its Building Systems division produces and markets building construction products and systems, including facade and glazing work, precast concrete and interior products, and its main industrial complex is located in Riyadh. As a Planning Engineer with alfanar Building Systems in Riyadh, you will own the day-to-day scheduling rhythm across large real estate development projects. The role covers building and maintaining detailed project schedules in Primavera P6 across civil, MEP, finishing, mobilisation and handover activities, structuring the work breakdown and activity logic, and managing baseline revisions through change control. You will collect and verify site progress, prepare S-curves, look-ahead schedules, resource histograms and management dashboards, run schedule variance and critical-path analysis, track performance using earned value measures, coordinate with cost control, and join progress meetings with project managers and client-side planners. Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering - Experience in project planning and scheduling on large-scale projects - Proficiency in Primavera P6 for schedule development and maintenance - Ability to build and validate work breakdown structures and baselines - Experience with earned value tracking, including SPI and CPI - Ability to coordinate with site teams, project managers and cost control
