Floor Manager

About the role

New Zealand Post is looking for a Floor Manager based in Auckland. In this hands-on leadership role you will oversee daily floor operations, support and guide team members, and help ensure work is completed safely, accurately and on time. A typical day may include planning workloads, checking progress against targets, resolving operational issues as they arise, coaching staff, and working with other leaders to keep service levels high for customers across the network. You will also help maintain a positive and well-organised workplace, monitor quality and safety standards, and contribute ideas to improve how the floor runs. This is an Auckland-based role for a practical, organised leader with strong people skills and experience in a busy operational environment.

Requirements
