About the role
WhyBrilliant is an early-stage startup based in Bonn, building agentic AI products for local businesses. The team is looking for a founding engineer to join at the ground floor. This is a high-ownership role: you would own product architecture end to end, including autonomous agent pipelines and full-stack systems. As a founding engineer, you would make big technical decisions with limited supervision, shaping both the product and the engineering culture from the earliest stages. It suits someone who wants real startup responsibility early in their career — someone excited by the pace and breadth of early-stage work, where the same person designs the architecture, builds the systems, and sees the direct impact on customers. Requirements
