About the role
KPMG Andorra is recruiting for its Graduate Program in Audit (Graduate Program Auditoría), based in Andorra (AD700) on a full-time basis, with remote-work flexibility. KPMG's graduate programmes are the classic entry route into a Big Four career — structured training, professional qualification support and real client responsibility from early on. As a graduate auditor you will work on audit engagements for Andorran and international clients: testing financial controls, examining accounts, documenting findings and learning the KPMG audit methodology under the guidance of experienced managers. Alongside client work, the programme supports your professional development towards audit qualification, building the technical foundation of a long-term career in assurance. The position is full-time in Andorra, combining on-site teamwork with remote-work flexibility. It is aimed at recent graduates in accounting, finance, economics or business administration with strong academic records who want to start their careers with a global firm in the heart of the Pyrenees.
