About the role
IMPORTANT: applicants must currently reside in Japan. Machinovate, the company behind Snow Monkey Resorts — Nagano's award-winning tour/charter operator (2022 TripAdvisor Travelers' Choice, Top 10 Experiences in Japan) — is hiring operations staff for its ski-resort destination in Nozawa Onsen, Nagano. The role is varied: front desk, restaurant service, booking enquiries in English and Japanese, and even social media management, across the company's group and private tours, charters, hotel stays and ski packages in Central Japan. You will need fluent English and Japanese, and in return you get staff accommodation plus ¥100,000 in relocation support on top of the ¥270,000–310,000 monthly salary.
