About the role
Stord kommune is recruiting nurses for night duty in Eining for institusjonar, the unit responsible for the night service in the municipality. Two permanent 75% posts are available, on a night rota covering all days, starting by agreement. The main responsibility is linked to Stord sjukeheim, with shifts also possible at Knutsåsen care centre and in home services in case of absence or other needs. The work includes care and nursing tasks, following up measures, evaluation and documentation, strengthening focus on patient autonomy and basic rights, palliative and relieving treatment at the end of life, medicine handling, professional days with internal and external lecturers, and taking part in an active professional group that develops the department together with other professional bodies. Requirements
