About the role
This is a national competitive examination (concours) — not a direct job application — for the rank of inspecteur principal de la concurrence, de la consommation et de la répression des fraudes (principal inspector of competition, consumer affairs and fraud control), 2027 session, within the DGCCRF, the French economic enforcement directorate under the Ministry of the Economy. Principal inspectors enforce competition, consumer-protection and fraud rules: they investigate unfair practices, check market conformity, lead inspection teams and manage enforcement files. Successful candidates join the Category A corps with postings across France. Applications go through the ATPlus téléprocédure, under the conditions set out in the official notice; registration details are published in the official concours calendar on fonction-publique.gouv.fr, with a registration deadline of 19 November 2026.
