About the role
Biostacks Private Limited (an associated company of Ittehad Chemicals Limited) transforms agricultural biomass into structured fuel bales for sustainable power generation across Punjab. We are hiring a Manager HR to lead our people function at our Kala Shah Kaku site, partnering with plant leadership to build a high-performing, compliant and engaged workforce. This is an on-site, full-time role at senior/manager level. You will own the full HR lifecycle: talent acquisition and onboarding, workforce planning and operations, competitive compensation and benefits, performance management and learning development, and compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.
