Mendix solution architect

About the role

As a Mendix solution architect, you will design and guide the development of applications built with the Mendix low-code platform. You will translate business needs into clear technical designs, advise development teams, and make sure solutions are reliable, secure and easy to maintain. The role is for 32 to 36 hours per week on a fixed-term contract with the prospect of a permanent contract. It suits an experienced Mendix professional who enjoys designing systems, working with stakeholders and developers, and seeing applications used in practice across a large public organisation. You will work in Utrecht with a team focused on practical, user-friendly technology.

Responsibilities

- Design Mendix solutions based on business and technical requirements. - Advise development teams on architecture, patterns and best practice. - Review designs and applications for quality, security and maintainability. - Work with stakeholders to turn needs into workable solutions. - Support the delivery and further development of applications.

Requirements

WO-level education, extensive experience with Mendix and solution architecture, knowledge of application design and integration, and strong communication skills.

Benefits

Fixed-term contract with the prospect of a permanent contract, 32 to 36 hours per week, and a gross monthly salary of EUR 4,818 to EUR 7,094 (salary scale 12).
