About the role

AzerSheker, Azerbaijan's state sugar company, is recruiting a Microbiologist for its operations in the Oghuz district. The microbiologist works within the company's laboratory system, carrying out microbiological testing and monitoring of raw materials, production processes and finished sugar products so that output meets food-safety and quality standards, and supporting the quality-control regime across the production cycle.
