About the role
Codelco, Chile's state copper mining company, is recruiting open-pit mine operators (Operadoras/es Mina Rajo) for its Andina Division in the Valparaíso Region (Los Andes area) under a fixed-term (plazo fijo) contract. Operators will drive high-tonnage haul trucks in the open pit on a 4x4 rotating shift pattern of 12-hour shifts (two day shifts and two night shifts). Applications are made through Codelco's official employment portal (empleos.codelco.cl), reachable via the source article linked here, and the call closes on 8 November 2026 at 23:59.
