About the role
The City of Fellbach is hiring a percussion teacher for its music school, run by the cultural office. You will teach percussion to learners of various ages, support each pupil's individual musical development, and work as part of the music-school team, including cross-disciplinary cooperation projects with other departments. The post is part-time and fixed-term, paid at TVöD 9b. Applicants need a completed degree from a music university or a comparable qualification, together with pedagogical and artistic ability and a collaborative approach to teaching. This is a good fit for a practising percussionist who enjoys teaching children, young people and adults and building ensemble and project work around rhythm and percussion. Teaching takes place at the Musikschule Fellbach. Apply online via the linked posting by 20 November 2026; good German is essential for teaching.
