About the role
The Australian Taxation Office (ATO) is recruiting a Procurement Manager to join its Procurement and Leasing team. Please note two important facts from the listing before you apply: this is a temporary opportunity, and it is open only to current Commonwealth employees. In this role you will lead complex procurement and contract management work, providing strategic procurement, probity and contract advice to senior stakeholders in line with the Commonwealth Procurement Framework. You will lead and mentor team members, and use procurement data to strengthen reporting, assurance and everyday practice across the function. Experience in procurement, contract management, governance, policy, risk or finance is highly desirable. The listing does not state a work location or a closing date, and no salary is advertised. Enquiries can be directed to the contact officer named on the listing. Eligible Commonwealth employees are invited to apply through the Apply now link on the official APS Jobs listing page.
