About the role
Alghanim Industries, one of Kuwait's largest diversified business groups with operations spanning retail, automotive, engineering and services, is hiring a Sales Associate for its showroom business in Kuwait. The associate serves customers on the sales floor, recommends products and services based on customer needs, and works to meet and exceed sales targets across cash, credit, warranty programmes and accessories. Day-to-day duties include promoting products, improving product knowledge, converting sales opportunities into transactions, raising invoices on BO and POS systems, explaining delivery, installation and returns policies, and expediting the sales process in a friendly and honest manner. The role also keeps the sales floor stocked, accurately priced and displayed according to planograms, conducts regular stock checks with stock control, and reports damaged display items to the showroom manager. Requirements
