About the role
This is a fully remote Senior Backend Engineer, Build AI Agents role at Salesforge, the Tallinn-based sales technology company. You will build autonomous AI sales agents: designing backend systems that power intelligent prospecting and outreach, integrating large language models, and crafting reliable APIs and infrastructure at startup speed. Your days will involve system design, writing clean production code, improving agent performance, and working closely with product and AI engineers to ship quickly. This role is for a senior backend engineer who thrives in a fast-moving startup and brings AI agent or LLM experience to the table. You will own significant technical scope and move from idea to production fast.
Requirements
You are a senior backend engineer with strong API and systems design skills. Experience with AI agents or LLMs is preferred. You work at startup speed, take ownership of your systems and collaborate effectively with teammates.
