About the role
Skjåk kommune has a permanent, 100% position available as a nurse in its home care service, based in Skjåk. The post is available from the date announced, and the start date is by agreement. The work involves visiting people in their own homes and providing the nursing and care support they need to live as independently as possible at home. Working hours are on a rota covering daytime and evenings, every day of the week. The rota pattern is flexible, with either every third weekend or every fourth weekend with long shifts, and the municipality says it will try to arrange a rota that fits the successful applicant's life situation, including the possibility of compressed working time and longer periods off. The role calls for close teamwork across disciplines, independent working, and a good understanding of assistive and coping technology. Employment is on municipal terms, with a pension arrangement in KLP. The original announcement is in Norwegian. How to apply: apply through the official NAV Arbeidsplassen listing for this vacancy, using the apply link on this page, no later than 15 November 2026. Do not send applications to Top Notch Spot, as applications are handled through the official NAV route.
