About the role
Decathlon Austria is looking for a Sportleader (sales assistant) for its store in Vienna's 21st district, Floridsdorf. Decathlon's sportleaders are passionate sportspeople who turn their own enthusiasm for sport into great customer advice, helping everyone from beginners to experienced athletes find the right gear. In this role you will advise customers in your sports department, keep the department stocked, tidy and commercially attractive, and take ownership of your product area as if it were your own small business. Decathlon gives sportleaders real responsibility: you help shape the assortment, plan promotions and contribute ideas to grow your department's results. The atmosphere is sporty, informal and team-driven. The position is based on-site in Vienna, Austria, and is offered full-time on a permanent contract or part-time. The gross monthly salary starts from 2,280 euros for full-time, plus a monthly bonus of up to 15 percent.
