About the role
The Ministry of the Chechen Republic for National Policy, External Relations, Press and Information has announced the first stage of a competition for inclusion in its personnel reserve for state civil service positions of the highest, main, leading and senior groups. Document submission runs from 15 October to 5 November 2026. Russian citizens who speak the state language and meet the qualification requirements may take part: for the highest group, higher education at specialist or master's level and at least four years of civil service or professional experience are required; for the main group, at least two years of experience; for leading and senior groups, higher education without an experience requirement. Candidates should know civil service and anti-corruption legislation and have business communication and ICT skills. Applications require an application form, a completed questionnaire, education and employment documents and a medical certificate.
