About the role
The Communication Works, Physical Planning & Housing Department of the Government of Balochistan designs and executes government buildings, roads and public infrastructure across the province. It is hiring Sub-Engineers in BPS-11 through BPSC Consolidated Advertisement No. 09/2026, with six posts reserved for holders of a four-year Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Technology. Appointees will support engineers on site — checking structural drawings, supervising civil works, measuring quantities, preparing estimates and ensuring quality control during construction. This is a hands-on field role with full-time, on-site duty in Balochistan. Only candidates holding the required four-year B.E. (Civil Technology) are eligible.
