Surface Technician (m/f/d)

About the role

The Centre de logopédie (Centre for the development of language, hearing and communication skills), a competence centre in Strassen under Luxembourg's Ministry of National Education, Children and Youth, is recruiting a Surface Technician on a fixed-term contract running until 30 April 2027. This is a part-time post at 50% of a full working week, in salary group A for State employees. You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the centre's surfaces, premises and equipment, so that children, young people and staff use clean, well-kept and hygienic spaces every day. Depending on need, you may also carry out surface renovation work, such as treating plastic floors, carpets and marble. The role suits a reliable, hands-on person who knows cleaning techniques and products, works carefully and independently, and understands the hygiene and safety standards that apply in a centre working with children and young people.
