About the role
Secret Bay, Dominica's celebrated luxury resort operated by GEMS Holdings, is seeking a Villa Services Team Lead for its Portsmouth property. This is a leadership role within the villa operations team, responsible for delivering the resort's signature barefoot-luxury experience to every guest. You will lead the villa services team in the day-to-day care of the resort's villas: overseeing housekeeping standards, coordinating arrivals, departures and in-villa requests, and ensuring each villa is presented immaculately. You will coach and roster team members, resolve guest issues with grace and discretion, and liaise with front office, maintenance and culinary teams so that every stay feels effortless. Secret Bay is looking for a natural leader with luxury hospitality experience, exceptional standards and the composure to handle high-expectation guests. Requirements
- Experience in luxury hospitality, preferably in villa operations, housekeeping or guest services, with team leadership responsibility - Impeccable standards of presentation and guest care - Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a calm, guest-first approach - Flexibility to work a hospitality roster including weekends and holidays
