About the role
Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan (Bano Qabil program) is hiring an Academics Assistant to join our team at the Bano Qabil Institute, Wahdat Road, Lahore. The Academics Assistant supports the academic and administrative operations of the institute. You will support student admissions, registration, orientation, documentation, and onboarding processes; maintain accurate student, attendance, assessment and certification records in the student information system; communicate class schedules, notices and institutional information through approved communication channels; respond to routine student queries and coordinate timely administrative support; and assist with assessments, Boot Camps, feedback surveys, placement and alumni activities. You will maintain confidentiality and accuracy of student information in accordance with institutional policies. We offer a competitive salary package with incentives & allowances.
