About the role
Sybrid is hiring Trainee Customer Sales Executives for its Domestic (Urdu Speaking) campaign. This is an entry-level, on-site sales role based in Lahore, ideal for fresh candidates as well as experienced applicants looking to build a career in customer sales. A typical day involves handling customer calls in Urdu, introducing domestic campaign products and services, understanding customer needs, and converting conversations into successful sales. You will follow up with prospective customers, keep accurate records of your calls, and work towards daily and weekly sales targets with the support of your team leader. Shift timing is 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, with Sundays off. All new joiners complete a 15-day training period covering product knowledge, sales techniques and call handling. You will start on a salary of PKR 30,000 per month plus up to PKR 10,000 in incentives. There is a clear career growth path: after 6 months, your salary grows to PKR 40,000.
