About the role
The Careers Factory is hiring a Team Lead for its esteemed client, a leading FMCG company (domestic campaign). Key responsibilities: lead and motivate a team of customer service agents; monitor team performance against targets; handle escalations; coordinate with QA and operations; prepare performance reports. Requirements: proficient in English; prior team lead / supervisory experience in a call center preferred; strong leadership and communication skills; willing to work 24/7 rotational shifts with off days.
