About the role
Support outbound sales and lead generation targeting US clients for a focused six-week project at The Careers Factory in Gulberg, Lahore. Working hours: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM, Monday to Saturday, on-site in Gulberg, Lahore (night shift). Candidates must be able to commute to Gulberg, Lahore for night-shift hours. A typical day: outbound prospecting through cold calling and professional email/LinkedIn outreach, qualifying leads, following up with prospects, scheduling appointments, and communicating professionally with US clients to support the sales pipeline. Compensation: fixed base of PKR 100,000 for the complete six-week project. Performance incentives may take total earnings up to PKR 350,000 depending on performance (incentives are not guaranteed). Requirements
