About the role
My Staffing Partner d.o.o. in Sarajevo is also hiring an Accounting Specialist for the USA market. Like its sales roles, this position serves American clients — providing outsourced accounting and bookkeeping support from Bosnia and Herzegovina to businesses across the United States. As an Accounting Specialist you will handle day-to-day accounting tasks for US clients: bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, payroll support and financial reporting, working in US accounting software and following American accounting practices. You will communicate with clients in English, meet their deadlines across time zones and maintain the accuracy they depend on. The position is based in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. It suits an accountant with solid bookkeeping fundamentals and excellent English who wants international exposure without relocating. Familiarity with US GAAP or QuickBooks/Xero is an advantage.
