About the role
The Contrôle médical de la sécurité sociale in Luxembourg City is recruiting an Administrative Agent (official reference E26000752) to support the work of its medical-control service. This is a full-time, on-site State employee role at grade B1, offered on a permanent contract, with one opening. The job is the first point of contact for much of the service's daily paperwork: you will sort and handle incoming mail and email, write to people who have been called in for a medical-control examination, answer the telephone, and deal with the routine administrative tasks that keep files moving. You will also cover the front desk when colleagues are away, so a friendly and reliable manner matters as much as careful filing. The work is varied, mostly in an office, and suits someone who is methodical, discreet and comfortable dealing with members of the public by phone, in writing and in person. No salary is stated in the official listing. Applications close on 17 November 2026, and candidates apply through the official GovJobs/MyGuichet route linked on this page.
Responsibilities

Requirements
Luxembourg nationality is required, as stated in the official listing. Applicants need a secondary-school diploma (level 4) and at least three years of relevant professional experience. Excellent knowledge of Luxembourgish, German and French is required, together with good written and spoken communication, solid skills in Word and Excel, and the ability to analyse and summarise information. Candidates should be able to work independently and in a team, and show flexibility, methodical working, rigour, a sense of responsibility and organisation, and strict respect for confidentiality.

Previous administrative experience in a health, social-security or public-service setting would be an advantage.
