About the role
Bishkek City Council has announced an open competition to select candidates for its personnel reserve for administrative posts in the Council's apparatus, in the chief and senior groups. This is a reserve competition: successful candidates are entered into the personnel reserve and may be considered for chief and senior administrative posts in the apparatus as suitable vacancies arise, rather than being appointed directly to one named post at the outset. The competition is run under the Kyrgyz Republic's state and municipal service rules, and candidates must meet the qualification requirements set by law. Documents are accepted in electronic format through a personal cabinet on the state e-Kyzmat portal from 28 October 2026 to 8 November 2026 inclusive. The announcement does not state a salary and does not state a number of openings, so no salary or opening count is claimed here. For information, the announcement gives the contact number 0312 62 26 27.
