About the role
Kok-Jangak City Hall has announced an open competition to select a candidate for its personnel reserve for senior municipal administrative positions, for the post of Chief Specialist for Land Issues. This is a reserve competition: the successful candidate is entered into the personnel reserve for this senior post, rather than being appointed to a separately named vacancy at the outset. The role concerns land issues work in the city administration, including work under the Land Code and related land-management law, and the preparation and handling of land-related municipal documents. Documents are accepted from 28 October 2026 to 10 November 2026 through the state e-Kyzmat portal (kyzmat.gov.kg). The announcement does not state a salary and does not state a number of openings, so no salary or opening count is claimed here.
