About the role
Kapto is hiring an AI/ML Engineer for its full-time, on-site team in Chișinău, Moldova. Kapto works on applied artificial intelligence, and as an ML engineer you will be building the models and systems that turn data into intelligent products. You will design, train and deploy machine learning models, build data pipelines, evaluate model performance and work with software engineers to integrate ML into production applications. The role covers the full ML lifecycle — from experimentation to monitoring models in the real world — in a team where your work has direct product impact. This is a full-time, on-site position in Chișinău, Moldova.
