About the role
The State Building Authority Rosenheim seeks an architect or civil engineer to lead major building projects for the Free State of Bavaria. You will manage projects through every phase of the German fee structure for architects and engineers (HOAI), check draft and execution plans for plausibility, lead all parties involved in construction with a focus on cost-effectiveness and quality, handle building contracts. You need a degree (Dipl.-Ing. FH/Uni or Master's) in architecture or civil engineering, and experience leading projects independently through all HOAI phases, confident and cooperative communication, independent and results-oriented working, and very good German at C2 level. A class B licence is required. The post is fixed-term and full-time, paid at TV-L E 10–E 11, with 30 days of leave, flexible hours. Apply by 4 December 2026.
Requirements
