About the role
Zayed University, the UAE's federal government university, is recruiting a full-time faculty member at open rank (Assistant, Associate or Full Professor) in Sustainability Sciences and Environmental Management for the Department of Life & Environmental Sciences in its College of Natural and Health Sciences. The department delivers an internationally accredited undergraduate degree in Environment & Sustainability Sciences and a master's programme in the same field. The appointee will teach courses including Principles of Sustainability, Energy and Sustainability, Research Methods, Senior Project, Water & Solid Waste Management, and Remote Sensing & GIS Applications in Environmental Sciences. They will also run an active research programme with peer-reviewed publications, seek external research funding, work with diverse stakeholders, and support the department's teaching and service activities.
