About the role
Akershus universitetssykehus HF is recruiting an administration consultant for the reception (ekspedisjonen) at Psykisk helsevern Nordbyhagen, the mental health service in Lørenskog. This is a permanent, full-time position, and the working language is Norwegian. The role is the public face of the service: answering phones and staffing the reception desk, handling defined tasks for the outpatient clinics, working in the DIPS patient record system, general office work, ordering and receiving goods in the Oracle purchasing system, working in Public 360 and GAT, handling patient cases, supporting managers, general secretarial tasks, and cooperating with internal and external partners. Requirements
Office-related education, or health secretary education. Experience from an outpatient clinic, medical terminology, reception work, DIPS and Public 360, and GAT and rota planning. Generally good IT skills and good Norwegian, written and oral. Service-minded, responsible, structured, flexible, solution-oriented and positive, with good communication and cooperation skills; personal suitability will be emphasised.
