About the role

The Western Care Association is seeking a permanent Chief Executive Officer to lead the organisation in County Mayo. Western Care supports people with intellectual disabilities and autism, and the Chief Executive will set the organisation's direction, lead its senior team, and ensure high-quality, person-centred services. A typical day may involve working with the board, senior managers, staff, and partners, overseeing services and operations, engaging with people supported by the Association and their families, and representing the organisation in the wider community.
