About the role
The Ministry of Culture is looking for a mission officer to help steer Luxembourg's National Cultural Development Plan, known as the KEP. In this role you will run the day-to-day operational steering of the current plan, KEP 1.0, and lay the groundwork for its successor, KEP 2.0. You will coordinate working groups, consultations and participatory processes, keep track of schedules, deliverables and progress across the different workstreams, and prepare governance meetings and follow up on the decisions taken there. A large part of the work is gathering, analysing and synthesising the information needed to shape the plan, spotting emerging issues and helping to define strategic directions. You will act as a bridge between the ministry, cultural establishments, communes and other administrations, drafting meeting papers, notes, reports, presentations and other strategic documents. You will also build and maintain steering, reporting and decision-support tools, and help communicate, showcase and disseminate the plan's results. The post is full-time and fixed-term until 31 December 2028, based in Luxembourg City in the ministry's ministerial department.
