About the role
Malmstrom Inn & Suites at Malmstrom Air Force Base is seeking a Custodial Worker Supervisor to lead its housekeeping and custodial team. The supervisor plans and assigns custodial work, directs and reviews subordinates, handles performance counselling and grievances, and steps in to perform custodial work directly when needed. It is a hands-on leadership role in a lodging operation where cleanliness and guest comfort depend on a well-run team. This is a regular full-time non-appropriated fund position, guaranteed 35 hours per week and up to 40 hours, open to everyone with applicants categorised by preference and priority. Candidates need experience supervising custodial work gained in a military lodging or commercial hotel or motel setting, the ability to follow oral and written instructions and use cleaning tools and equipment, and the physical ability for prolonged standing, stooping, reaching and pushing carts. Pay: $22.04 to $25.70 per hour, starting at $22.04. Closing date: 17 November 2026.
