About the role
The Direction de la protection des consommateurs (Consumer Protection Directorate), under Luxembourg's Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Viticulture, is recruiting a Project Manager for digital transformation and process optimisation in Luxembourg. This is a full-time post, open as a state employee on a permanent contract or as a civil servant admitted to the probationary stage. You will take charge of digitalisation and process optimisation projects and steer them end to end: you will be the central point of contact for the business units and management, and you will scope projects, define objectives and deliverables, estimate resources, plan work and track progress. You will coordinate the project teams and the people involved, organise and run project committees, follow up on decisions and actions, identify risks and report progress, and ensure that projects are delivered with the expected quality, within the deadlines and with the resources allocated. You will also contribute to building a project culture within the directorate, advising colleagues on project methodology and proposing tools and practices that strengthen how projects are run. The role suits a project professional who combines methodological rigour with strong stakeholder management and a genuine interest in how digital tools can simplify public services. No salary is stated in the official vacancy notice. Candidates must be nationals of Luxembourg. Applications close on 25 November 2026 and are submitted through the official GovJobs portal.

Strong skills are required in project management and in digitalisation and process optimisation, in the Microsoft 365 environment (including SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive), and in analytical, organisational and synthesis work. Candidates must meet the general knowledge conditions for the three administrative languages (Luxembourgish, French, German).
