About the role
This permanent, full-time process and project manager post supports the information systems of Luxembourg's media, connectivity and digital policy service. Based in Contern, the manager helps to map, improve and document the service's processes, and leads projects that make its information systems more effective, secure and user-friendly. The successful candidate will be methodical and pragmatic, able to turn complex workflows into clear, workable solutions and to keep projects on schedule and within scope. It is a civil servant post in group A1, open to nationals of an EU member state, with at least three years of relevant experience. Note that the post requires security clearance at secret level, as stated in the official vacancy.
