About the role

Vinzenz Kliniken Wien, part of the Vinzenz Gruppe hospital group, is looking for a DoctorsPoint staff member to join the small team at its Vienna base on Gumpendorfer Straße. The DoctorsPoint Wien organises and coordinates the wide range of training and education offered to physicians and medical students across the Vinzenz clinics in Vienna, and it forms part of the group's HR service team (Service Team Personal). In this full-time role you will be the experienced point of contact for questions about available KPJ (clinical practical year) placements, including all the framework conditions and rotation topics that come with them, as well as other concerns from doctors in training and medical students. You will help coordinate the training offer across the clinics, keep placement and rotation information accurate and up to date, and support the smooth administrative running of the DoctorsPoint service. The position is available immediately and the listing states a starting salary from €3,096.91 gross per month.
