About the role

The Centre psycho-social et d'accompagnement scolaires (CePAS) in Luxembourg City is looking for a continuing education coordinator to organise training for school staff on a full-time basis. You will plan, coordinate and follow up a programme of courses and workshops that helps teachers and other school professionals keep their skills up to date. Your work will start with needs: you will talk to schools and staff, identify the topics that matter most, and build a balanced annual programme around them. You will then handle the practical side, from finding trainers and rooms to managing registrations, schedules and materials, and making sure each session runs smoothly. After each course you will collect feedback, check what worked, and use it to improve the next round. You will also keep training records up to date, manage budgets for your activities, and report on participation and outcomes. The role needs strong organisation, good communication and a real interest in professional learning, as you will work with many different partners across the school system. The post is open to nationals of European Union member states, as stated in the official listing. No salary is stated in the official listing. Applications close on 5 November 2026, and candidates should apply through the official GovJobs listing linked below.
