Event Waiter / Waitress (Cameriere/a per eventi)

About the role

JOB ITALIA SpA, an employment agency operating through its Milan branch, is recruiting waiters and waitresses (cameriere/a) for events in central Milan. This is event-based catering work — weddings, corporate events, gala dinners and private receptions — offering flexible shifts in some of Milan's most elegant venues. As event service staff you will set up rooms and tables before service, welcome guests, serve food and drinks during the event, and clear and reset afterwards. The work is dynamic and social: every event is different, and you will be part of a coordinated team delivering seamless service under the direction of the event captain. It is an excellent way to gain experience in high-end hospitality while choosing shifts that fit your schedule. The contract is temporary agency work (somministrazione) with event-based shifts, based on-site in Milan, Italy. The gross monthly reference salary is 1,580 euros under the CCNL Pubblici Esercizi (5th level, 14 monthly payments), applied pro-rata to shifts worked.
